Dutch Tulip Barn Quilt Workshop

As part of our Past Times at Glidden series—featured in our America250 programming—this class celebrates the traditional crafts and artistry that helped shape our nation.

Participants will receive a pre-drafted 17" x 17" wooden shiplap board, already primed and ready to paint. You’ll learn a brief history of barn quilts, explore painting techniques, and get guidance on selecting a beautiful, balanced color palette. Then, it’s your turn to bring your design to life!

The workshop lasts approximately three hours, and you’ll leave with a completed barn quilt ready to display. The class is led by Courtney Sliga.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced painters. Spots are limited, and advance registration is required here.
